SHMII-9 will highlight student research as part of the three-day conference program activities. The Student Poster Competition is an opportunity to showcase your research, exchange knowledge and ideas, and engage with representatives from the transportation industry. The student poster competition is sponsored by Sensors journal.
Competition:
The Student Poster Competition will be held during the conference. Posters will be available for viewing in the second floor lobby, at the published times:
Poster Session A: Monday, August 5, 2:40-3:15 pm
Poster Session B: Tuesday, August 6, 2:40-3:15 pm
The SHMII-9 Student Poster Session Committee members will serve as judges for the poster competition. First, second, and third place cash awards will be announced during the closing ceremony on August 7, 2019.
1st Place: $500 USD
2nd Place: $250 USD
3rd Place: $125 USD
Poster Requirements:
Each poster must be presented by a student. Posters must be 40 x 30 inches. Please use the SHMII-9 Poster Template-40X30. Each presenter will be given and easel or display board. Poster set-up date and time to be announced. Push pins will be available.
